Yevhen, 13 y.o.
My name is Yevhen, and I am 13 years old. I am a 7th-grade student. My family and I lived in a beautiful city, but with the onset of the war, we had to move to Zaporizhzhia because it is not possible to study and live in a destroyed city. I want this war to end so we can visit school, enter our classroom, and socialize with classmates. I hope for victory soon. For Santa, I have a wish. Just like the American benefactors give gifts to children for Santa, I dream of a sports suit (size L - height 170 cm) and winter sneakers (size 43, insole 28.0 cm) as well as LEGO Ninjago (Kai's Mechanic). I am a student of 7-B grade at KZ “NVC No. 2” named after V.A. Lazaryan, Orekhiv City Council.Wishing everyone peaceful skies.
With victory, respectfully,
Yevhen.

There is no shelter in my school, so for the third year, I have been studying remotely. At home, I join lessons through the phone, but the screen is small, and I can't see well, and my eyes hurt. Dear Santa,
This is Khrystyna writing to you. This year has been very difficult for me, and I want to share my thoughts and dreams with you. Because of the war, I was injured, and it changed my life significantly. I was scared and in pain, but I am trying to be strong and not give up. My greatest wish now is peace.
I want the war to end so that children no longer have to be afraid and hide from danger. I want to return to a normal life, play with friends, study, and enjoy each day. I also ask you to support our soldiers who are protecting us and to help everyone who has lost their homes or loved ones.
In this difficult time, I would also like to ask for something for myself. I would love to receive a large plush goose for hugging and the book *"Black Coffee"* by Agatha Christie.
It would really help me feel some joy and support. Thank you for all the miracles you make happen.
With love and hope,
Khrystyna Kravchuk.

Viktoriia, 14 y.o
Hello, Santa,
My name is Viktoriia, but my friends call me Tosha. Let me tell you a little bit about myself…
I have a big, wonderful family: my mom, dad, younger brother, little sister, and me—the eldest. Due to the war, we had to move from the big city of Zaporizhzhia to the small town of Vilniansk. Here, I study in the 9-B grade, though unfortunately online. In this town, I have many friends, and my grandparents, whom I love very much, live nearby. I am a creative person; I love drawing and knitting.
This summer, in June, a tragedy happened to me… While walking with friends in the park, we came under enemy shelling. After that, I spent a long time in the hospital! I experienced a lot: fear, pain, anger, and hatred. But my mom, dad, the support of my family, friends, and even strangers were always there for me. I got through it and continue to live on because I am strong.
Unfortunately, life is very hard now, with many tears and bloodshed. Many families and people have left the country. There is so much suffering around us. I want to ask you to make everything the way it used to be.
Bring our soldiers weapons and clothing to keep them warm and fed. In short, I only want peace and tranquility. Health for my family, and for everyone to be safe and close to me.
As for myself, I have everything I need!
P.S. I do have one dream, though: wireless, over-ear headphones—Xiaomi Haylou S35 ANC in black. If possible, please make this wish come true.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Student of the “Uspikh” Lyceum, Vilniansk City Council
Yankovska Viktoriia.
